A way of life and of work

We are working to improve the working conditions at our company by introducing a work week with two rest days and telecommuting. We are also continuously thinking of how to improve the work-life balance of our employees going forward, to create a workplace that offers fulfillment in both life and work.

Manufacturing that supports infrastructure

Auzac manufactures metal products that support the infrastructure of Japan, including suspension bridges, dams, and large buildings. We continue to strive for even higher quality manufacturing to further develop industrial society.

Becoming a company the community needs

We encourage our employees to contribute to the local community by holding events in cooperation with local businesses and by introducing "community activity leave" as one of our benefit programs. Going forward, we continue to aim to be a company that grows together with the local community.

Towards more environmentally-conscious business

At Auzac, we are striving to reduce our own CO2 emissions by reducing our use of paper, installing solar panels, and using LED lights, and will work to continue our environmentally friendly manufacturing practices.
